Passo Nota is located on the border between Trentino and Lombardy and can be reached directly from the Bosc del Meneghì in about an hour for well-trained legs. It is an area of ​​woods and meadows between the mountains of Alto Garda and Tremalzo. The entrenchments built by Italian soldiers during the Great War are still visible on the hills near the refuge.
